We can only ascertain a time frame once the vehicle is actually brought in , as well as availability of parts

  • Normal/Minor Service - 1-2 days allowance
  • Major Service - 1-5 days allowance
  • Specialised services - Time frame depends on work to be done on vehicle
  • Body & Paint Work - 5 days - 4 weeks - Time frame depends on work to be done on vehicle

We do not provide a pick and drop service for our clients unless specifically requested

  • Pick & Drop service is at Owners Risk
  • We cannot be held responsible for the vehicle during the pick & drop service period.
  • Pick & Drop service will be charged additionally - we only cover Parklands & Westlands Areas

The following happens to your vehicle once its booked in

  • You bring the vehicle at 8.00 a.m on the booked date
  • A senior mechanic and one of the management and yourself will go for a test drive to ascertain all that is to be done on your vehicle
  • The vehicle is brought back in , a full listed check is done 25 point-minor 60 point major , car details are recorded , and a quotaion is made for parts and service charges for your approval.
  • Once approved your vehicle is fully serviced per the service you came in for.
  • An electronic diagnostic is done for the vehicle if it is supported to check if all is ok
  • Vehicle is road tested by the manager and mechanic allocated to your vehicle to check performance
  • If they are satisfied , they will release vehicle to billing section , where a full report, along with a comprehensive bill is raised.
  • Parts & Consumables removed from vehicle are placed in the boot of your vehicle - we work at a 100% honesty level
  • Your vehicle is given a wash , as well as the engine compartment is cleaned and a service tag is put in
  • You are called to pick and settle your bill on collection unless arranged prior.

Our Billing & Refund Policy

  • Our billing is absolutely final, as we work on approved quotation via any communicable means.
  • Returns of goods should be in the condition they were collected, open or used products will not be accepted back in full or in part supply.
  • We have a zero refund policy on work done, and for parts - zero refund, unless part is exchanged for an equal value or higher, where the difference is settled by the customer. This is on a discretion basis.

Our Delivery Policy

  • All goods are collected by customer unless delivery is pre-arranged
  • Delivery in Nairobi will be charged accordingly to local rates unless pre-arranged
  • Delivery Up-country and at the coast will be charged to fair secure courier rates unless pre-arranged
  • Delivery Internationally we shall apply DHL Secure delivery rates, unless specified by clients.
  • Once goods are handed to delivery agent locally or internationally , we have no liability and shall be deemed as the goods delivered.Please arrange for your goods to be insured for such delivery.(delivery at customers risk)
  • Cost of delivery shall be pre-paid to us before actual delivery, we shall accept no responsibility or liability for damage to products or lateness in the delivery.
